Nice and informative. They ask basic questions and get to know you then tour the property. Manager is amazing. Very smooth and flexible. They let you know the responsibilities and answer any questions.

Very personable definitely checks your references so be sure to have solid ones to list. Total time was about half an hour. Most questions will revolve problem solving and customer service experience.
