it started with HR interview , understand personality, background, motivation etc
then straight went to head of department, went through previous experience, projects detail, R&R
then back to HR to discusss salary expectation, bonus , on board date etc

self introduction , work experience went through , what kind of projects i have participated, expectation of upcoming job, very general question. HR approached again after department head's approval, went through salary and benefit discussion, on board data and etc.
