First was presentation about the firm and its benefits to its employees, its functioning and its differences with the rest of the industry.
Then came a paper format test, inductive (logical) one, 10 minutes for 10 questions (really not the hardest part if you already dealt with the CEB-SHL test, as this one is easier.
Then the numerical test, 10 minutes for 20 to 30 questions I think. Simple arithmetic maths such as '45 x 35 - -16 + 0.25 : 0.75). As of now, I am still waiting for the results so I cannot tell you about the rest of the process but it seems, according to reviews from futures first india that the interviews are made to test you ability to manage stress.
