I first needed to pass a two-hour written exam at their office containing four problems from mathematics/programming/economics. Upon successful completion I was interviewed by two Analysts separately. I have been re-invited to a second interview which lasted for around four hours in which I talked to five more employees. Every interview would begin with the general question how I would try to predict the future behavior of a stock until they posed concrete problems testing my knowledge in probability theory/statistics/coding. Generally, I talked little about my CV and I was given technical questions rather quickly.
