After applying I received an initial phone call from the recruiter to gauge my interest and tell me about G3. This was mostly for my benefit to make sure the work they had was aligned with my interested. After this I took an hour long behavioral assessment. This was multiple choice asking how you would react or what you thought about different situations and then a few logic puzzle type questions. I then had a phone interview with the recruiter where I answered more behavioral questions. Finally, I was invited for the on site interview which was a fully day mostly discussing the company culture and meeting a few members of the team I would be working with. No technical questions beyond discussing different projects on my resume.
