Screening interview. 39 minutes. Very friendly. Mostly go over your resume and make sure it is you. Go over job descriptions and ask whether you have done similar things before. After that, wait 2-3 weeks for the next step.

Interview
Overall it was a straightforward interview - polite but direct. Chatty intro and then deep into the behavioral questions, clearly probing for specific behaviors. Examples of things they were looking for were conflict resolution skills, time management and prioritization, and team leadership of non-direct reports. Tough but fair questions and the feedback received was constructive.
