I went to an informational meeting. Then, I submitted my resume. I met with an interviewer at my campus, and a few weeks after, I had a phone interview with someone else. During that phone interview, I was offered the position. The interview was completely behavioral; no technical questions were asked.

Met a recruiter at career fair event. Got an email within two weeks to set up first phone interview with HR personal. No technical question, strictly behavioral questions. After a month or so I got another email to set up phone interview with ITLP manager. Questions were mostly about leadership skills and my projects

1 hour on-campus Interview with two interviewers. Purely standard behavioral questions. There were no tech or coding questions. I got an offer a few days after, with a 2 week cut-off to accept.
