Interview
The interview was straightforward and focused mainly on my background, past experience, and overall fit for the role. It felt conversational, with little emphasis on technical questions or detailed project discussions.
I had a very brief Phone screen with HR asking normal screening questions. Then another round with hiring manager, half behavioral half technical. The process was smooth, took 1 month to complete everything.
reached out to a college talent acquisition team and they said this was hiring and forwarded my resume and then the initial phone screening with pretty normal questions, explaining the role for about 10 mins followed by then a technical round for an hour or so
