Applied online and took the assessment then received an email for a phone interview then was offered an in person interview a very long process so you have to eat before you go takes up to 5-6 hours so prepare for an all morning interview process the people are very friendly

Online application. Invitation to a computer assessment. 1st interview- Zoom with a Recruiter. 2nd Interview- On-site with a member of management. Loved the on-site interview. First part of the process, I got to patch in 3- way with another salesman and hear live calls as a preview of the job. The first question asked in the interview "After shadowing, how does that affect your outlook on the job role?" Excellent first impression for me.

The process is quick and a little elementary. They really just want to know if you're able to be used then let go, they dint really care about skills just need to fill a .

They ask basic questions, they mostly rely on the test they make you take.
The experience was positive, as the manager demonstrated a willingness to be flexible and accommodating. They were open to collaboration, making the process smooth and easy to navigate, which was greatly appreciated.
