Interview
Applied online through their website and got an email from them around three days later asking me when I was available so they could call me to do an interview over the phone. The interview lasted around 25 minutes and they explained the roles that I would be performing and what would the paid rate be as an intern and what would it would be for the full time positoin.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GEICO in Jan 2011
Interview
I was told that I needed a minimum 3.0 GP to interview with them and that my 2.9 GPA was too low. They had me send them my college transcripts to confirm my GPA. I was told that I have a guaranteed interview with them at anytime in the future if I raised my GPA to a 3.0.

Applied online, got a call to schedule a phone interview the next day. Just asked simple background information and then scheduled a interview at the office. Not too tough just some behavioral questions

I applied online through their company portal. First step was a phone screening interview, which was mostly behavioral. Second step was a on-site interview with that focused on a variety of topics including Software Development Life Cycle and OOP questions.
