GLG Interview Questions

The interview was well-organised and conducted professionally, which gave me confidence in the company's hiring process. There were several rounds of interviews: 1. Phone Screening with their Talent team; 2. Interview with Team Lead 3. Behavioural interview; 4. Interview with BD & Country Heads; 5. Case Study.

First Interview pretty standard talking to TA teams went really well however the second stage is where I did not understand, where I was interviewed by juniors without management, which I found to be condisending and disrespectful, that the judgement of my job was in the hands of two people who are not in a position of management decisions and know whats best for the team

Met the rudest interviewer in my career. Extremely condescending, cut off every answer mid-sentence, and seemed to be taking out her bad mood on the interviewee from the beginning. All questions were low quality as if the company was looking for a machine instead of an employee to simply overwork for them. The absurd rudeness to someone just met for the first time was frankly not very smart as it really doesn't help with the company's image. I've now seen the poor culture and people this company runs on and know to avoid it at all costs.

RED FLAGS ALL AROUND FOR THIS COMPANY!!! 7+ rounds of interviews, little to no communication in between rounds. Conversation about salary before an offer after the “final round”. Clearly they wanted to extend me an offer but were trying to figure out if i would accept the amount they provided first. Very unprofessional company!! Do not say anything to them about salary until you get an offer in hand!!!! Sent an automatic rejection after I stated a different salary range instead of letting me decide on whether or not I would still accept. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩

the process was pretty good. the interviewers knew very much about the company and they were very responsive. If you prepare/ do adequate research on the company, the process should be just as smooth for you.

I was informed about the interview less than 24 hours before the interview was scheduled to take place. During the interview, it was clear that the interviewer had no intention of considering me for the position. The interviewer conducted the discussion with a bored attitude, asking me very basic questions which could easily have been answered by a glance at my resume. Every time I attempted to answer a question in any depth or detail, the interview immediately cut me short and asked me to answer in very short, simple terms. Post-interview, it has been about a month and I have not received any communication from GLG, not even so much as an impersonal rejection email. I followed up with the person who scheduled my interview, asking for an update at the very least, and that was met with no response either. This whole process is clearly indicative of an unprofessional staff and a pathetic, lazy company culture.

Initial phone screening interview and then 2 offsite interviews. (The interviews took place before COVID-19). The interviews focused on finding out if I understand the industry and the job correctly since it’s not so well-known in KR.

3 step process with phone call, interview with key members, and then case study assessment + presentation on why your solution is best. Closing call was for feedback and next steps.

Quick + thorough. Looked to go well but rejected after further consideration before next stage. Disappointing but most likely for the best. Discussions about previous job experiences and skillset. Salary mentioned, role discussed. Intial discussion
