I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at GSK in Apr 2024
Interview
Extremely poor process overall, interview rounds took 9 weeks from start to finish with zero transparency. GSK needs to work on their 'Talent Acquisition' team, as they are everything but. I had to follow-up with the lead multiple times, over a month after interviewing for two separate positions with a joint panel. Did not receive any updates from this lead and emails went unanswered, until finally I get a copy/pasted canned rejection reply for one of the roles. No follow-up or status on the remaining outstanding opportunity that I was involved for.
Horrendous representation on behalf of an organization that I once had respect for. Based on this process and interactions pretty much across the team, I'd think twice before ever joining them and will pass this feedback along to anyone else interested.

Application
I interviewed at GSK (Princeton, NJ)
Interview
As expected with a Pharmaceutical company the process was quite structured and had several rounds. Spoke with HR screening and then with hiring managers. Interviewed on site with hiring managers.

Question 1
Focused on behavioral type questions, looking for example of skills and experiences.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GSK (Istanbul) in Aug 2015
Interview
I joined a leadership development program and was shortlisted for a face to face interview. Very professional process but the selection criteria weren't really reasonable. The full process started with a phone interview, followed by a presentation then a face to face interview.
