I applied in-person. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview process was quite engaging and insightful. It started with an initial phone screening where I briefly discussed my background, key skills, and what motivated me to apply for the role. The recruiter was friendly and gave me a clear overview of the next steps.
A few days later, I was invited to a virtual technical round. This stage was more challenging — I was asked to solve a few practical problems related to the position, which really tested my analytical thinking and time management. The interviewer encouraged me to talk through my approach, which made it feel more like a collaboration than an exam.
Simple face to face interview and a basic orientation followed up after the interview was cleared.it was very easy and i was easily accepted into the company.Very positive experience. . . . . . . . . .

The interview was smooth. Only a couple of rounds including telephonic screening and virtual interview. Both of them lasted no longer than 15-30 mins and very pretty easy if the person is experienced.
