I sent the CV online. All interviews in Milan. The process took 2 months, articulated in 4 interviews and 2 numerical tests. Test: normal difficulty. Interviews: 2 with HR, 1 with Senior Analyst and 1 with MD Only technical with Senior Analyst, all the other were based on motivational questions
