I enjoyed when working for Genesis their my vivera health benefits points program which provides a blood test that shows HDL, LDL, triglycerides, total cholesterol, blood glucose, etc.

Interview
The interview process was pretty informal, I was called in on a weekend , it felt as relaxing as any job interview can be. The rehab manager was the only person involved in the interview process and she presented herself as being a pretty laid back, easy going type of personality. Introduced to staff and given a tour of the site. The only negative was the manager pointing out certain co-workers personality types, almost as a warning prior to starting employment. The pre screen physicals and drug screening were not as convienient as I had to drive fourty minutes away to have completed.
