I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Genpact (New Delhi) in Jun 2009
Interview
Is pretty simple. Candidates get three in four ways:
1) Through Employee Referrals - Genpact employee refers you for a job, you get interviewed by a line manager, if he clears you, the HR round happens which will be dependent on the kind of job you are applying for (might include written, psychometric test etc.). If you clear this and terms of employment are agreeable to you, you get the offer letter which you accept and then you are told the DOJ
2) Through Walk-ins - is almost every time for entry level position and follows the same process as mentioned above except that the HR round happens first.
3) Through consultants - the process remains the same but usually the consultants screen the profile first before sending the candidate to the interview at Genpact
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Genpact
Interview
2 rounds
One with recruiter
One with 2 senior management people including HM. I seriously did not like the way both of them were sounding condescending towards my work ex and my future plans on why I wanted to join the consulting industry.
Asked about work ex, iqvia datasets, problems faced with analytical projects type questions.
Interview process is Too Lengthy. It's very bad. Not a good company. They are making people fool. They are not trust worthy. Their attitude is not progressive. They need to work on it
One of best interview in my career .I would like to share my openion here. I impressed with the questions asked by Interviewer. Very good interaction with Panel.
Thank you Genpact
