Three interviews. They were pleasant, but didn't seem to actually have an opening. I could not figure out why they kept calling me back if there was no open position.

professional, straightforward, fast-paced chat and resume review; meaningful description of the position, but somewhat unclear on specific type of project assignment; did not leave with a clear picture of the job duties
