You go through an hr screen or call with recruiter then technical screen with one of the engineers, then more interviews with the team etc
Seems they pride themselves on being smart or having backgrounds from Google, Oxbridge etc
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GetGround (London, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
7 interviews in total, but fast paced.
Talent Partner interview relatively informal but interesting. Seems like they are your biggest ally afterwards.
2 coding rounds + 1 system design round, none of which are too technical. I think being able to justify decisions and not rush into things is very useful, but try to be quick with solution after problem has been scoped out.
3 behavioural rounds, which seem to be the biggest deciding factor. I think preparing extensively, treating each question as layered and figuring out what is truly wanted is a good strategy.
8 individual interviews, doesn't matter how well you do in the early ones only the later ones count. 1 initial talent interview, 3 technical interviews, 2 product interviews, and 2 values interviews.
