      Associate Interview

      11 Jul 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Gurgaon, Haryana
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GfK (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jul 2020

      Interview

There are 3 rounds for this position - First round - Logic test ( includes jumbled words, position check after shuffling , percentage, cause and effect sentences, etc) difficulty level : time consuming , tricky, average Second round - Digital test ( you will be given a barcode and you need to put that on google to check information related to that item like if its laptop then the model number, series, graphic card brand , series , model , brand name, hardrive capacity etc) difficulty level : time consuming but easy if you love surfing google for a task. Thats what your job would be around. Third Round - Manager and hr round - digging about your prior exp, why this org, who do you know in this org etc - this is basically a chit chat round. They would require you to get marks more than the boundary marks. All the best.

      Question 1

There is a swot analysis of a toothpaste and it's seen that the taste of the toothpaste is coming out in the opportunity quadrant, that is, people like it but don't think it is important. How can we convert people's liking of it's taste from opportunity into a strength for the toothpaste? How can we make people realise that the taste is important for a toothpaste?
