Applied directly via Gigaclear's website. I was then contacted by their internal recruitment department and a telephone interview was scheduled.
Standard questions regarding knowledge, skills, experience and interest in the role. this led to a face to face interview with Gigaclears Chief Operations Officer and HR Director.
The face to face interview process was very relaxed. Questions mainly focused on knowledge, skills and experience.
I never got the job because apparently, I lacked experience in an area that was critical to the job. However, this critical area was not covered in the interview process. Therefore the interviewers failed to get across their requirements or they have been less than honest in providing feedback.
I suspect the latter.
Additionally, the internal recruiter was going to come back to me with further feedback....................
