Interview
They do a virtual interview. Lasts about an hour. There is a teaching part you have to prepare for but information is provided in the email when you sign up. Interviews are done via zoom.
I was interviewed online. The interviewer was a past instructor and was very friendly. Interview was composed of mostly behavioral questions. At the end one technical question was asked which involved finding logical errors in a code snippet

Interview
Google Hangouts interview. Interviewer was nice and professional. The organization emailed me one technical question to prepare to teacher to a student having trouble. I role-played the situation as the instructor and the interviewer was the student. There was also one surprise technical question in a readable language that they did not tell me about to see how I would respond to it.
