Interview
I was contacted by recruiting HR for the Engineering Manager position. There were two rounds of Interviews - One with a technical manager and another with Directors. The interview went well and I have cleared both rounds.
I was asked to attend practice tests of cognitive abilities and send them the result. Based on the result, they will send a real exam link and the results will be reviewed by customer itself.
I was not contacted back after sending the practice test links which I have scored cent percent. After few follow-ups, HR has informed me that another candidate was hired for that position.
After a week, the same HR contacted me for similar position and asked me to share the practice test scores again which I did. Again, there is no response after that from HR.

The process is very structured. The Talent Acquisition team members are proactive in all their communications. Salary negotiations are done timely. The steps and no. of interviews in the process is communicated up front.

The interview process was of two rounds. The interviewers were well versed and respected the candidate. They were on camera the entirety of interview. In case the answers were not upto mark they called it out in a respectful way.

For a person who have good experience in team and technology it's easy and straight forward interview
As per HR I have cleared all rounds and even asked to forward all documents and salary slips.
Entire process took within 2 weeks of time.
But after that there is no response from hr
