Worst HR experience ever received. They dont have the requirement just scheduled the interview to show it off that they are still recruiting. No calls received and no emails answered after 1st interview. Also, I had to follow up 10+ time to get the 1st round scheduled. After 1st round did not received feedback and then I found out GLOBANT is going through project crises as I went through the Glassdoor reviews. I felt relived that I did not get a feedback and I was saved by destiny from joining Globant.

El proceso fue ameno, puntual y claro en cada paso, al inicio evalúan el seniority en términos específicos para un cargo compatible con tu hoja de vida, luego envían una carta oferta acorde a la categoría que recibas, aquí el desenvolvimiento en inglés es crucial para clasificar en el proceso y obtener mayores ofertas de los clientes que la empresa maneja.
Posterior a la carta oferta se espera entrevistas con las determinadas "cuentas" y si todo va bien ya se formaliza la carta oferta y se establece el vínculo contractual.

Conversation about java - common interview, java, spring, some DB questions, micro services, Kafka and messaging related staff, some unnesessery theory questions. About 20 percents of strange questions, not related to modern java programming.
Totally common interview, really.
