I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Jacksonville, FL) in Apr 2015
Interview
Process started with contact from a recruiter and review of my resume. I was then invited to 1 of 2 group interview sessions. Upon arriving, all potential employees were asked to fill out paperwork to include several basic interview questions. We then watched a presentation on the company to include process to move from seeker to owning your own company. Most material was available on the web, and it was obvious who did research prior to coming to the interview and who did not. After the presentation, you were given another piece of paper with are you interested YES/NO. If you chose yes, there were several more typical interview questions which essentially asked why. If you chose yes, you were given a one-on-one with the agency owner and then told they would call you back later that day. When I received my call back, I was asked to return the next day. I was asked a few more interview questions and hired. At this point we completed my insurance background checks and fingerprinting.

Interview
Group like, put you into rooms where they just give you an overview and I believe offer the positions to mostly everyone. I do not recommend to younger professionals looking to start their careers
I applied online. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Denver, CO) in Mar 2020
Interview
Relatively simple and very straightforward. Multiple step process that provides multiple opportunities for your questions and concerns to be addressed. Lots of questionnaires to fill out in each part of the interview.

Question 1
Whether you've spoken with your spouse about the opportunity and if they have any concerns.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Mason, OH) in Dec 2018
Interview
One group interview followed by a single interview. The hiring employee was up-beat and excited to welcome one lucky new team member. More about what the position and pay would be like as opposed to asking too many questions overall though.
