First you're vaguely recruited by phone. You come in for a group presentation where you're sold on the company and role and potential opportunities. Lastly you return to learn more where you really learn nothing but how you have to shell out money to begin.

Interview
Recruiter reached out after finding my resume on Beyond. We then scheduled an in person interview which turned out to be completely different than expected. Turns out this was simply an attempt to gather others to try to generate sales agents under the head agent. Position is entirely commission and the only managing is trying to get more people to sell under you.

Interview
If you are fit for the job, then the process will be quick and painless. They make sure you know what you are getting yourself into, however, unless you ask the right questions, you will not know if the job is right for you until after you have been through two weeks of field training. Staff was polite and professional. The do follow-up with you to make sure things are going smoothly for you.
