Bring a few copies of your resume (and make sure there aren't typos/errors in it), dress professionally (i.e. not a polo shirt), answer the interviewers questions professionally, honestly, and simply. They use a multi-step process designed to let both the interviewer and candidate determine if they think the interviewee and company will be a good fit for each other.

During the Interview Process you meet with one of the sales managers for the first round interview before getting a deep dive look at the career and compensation in the second part of the interview. If both parties are aligned, they will set up a third round interview one on one in the next week or so.
