Great and easy conversation. Manager was very nice and easy to talk to. Was more like a typical conversation than an interview. After the interview we actually went through a few exercises and I had to write out a training plan for different individuals.

Interview
Super easy , kind of more of a run down of the company besides an interview. I was hired on the spot. My referral and the gym manager both interview at the same time, questions such as what are my strenghts, if someone doesn't clean the gym what would you do ? If there's a complaint about a trainer what would you do? Name a time where you had to resolve and altercation without a manger.
walk in, get swole. loved every second they were polite and asked questions i was very interested in as a gym goer. must be large to walk in though lots of gear taken place.

Interview
It was a pretty easy-going interview. They did ask lots of questions, but it wasn't intimidating. It lasted a little over 30 minutes. They were really just trying to get to know me and see if i would be a good fit for the enviroment.
