Gong Program Manager interview questions

Applied online. Recruiter reached out and talked about team structure, provided hiring manager name, salary expectation etc. Hiring manager got on a call to discuss specific project - onboarding process for Customer success group and then was invited for onsite interview. Finally, I met with a team member to discuss the projects in the pipeline. After spending 20 hours or so (solving case study and going through various rounds of interview) , I got a rejection email and that's it. No phone call. Not acceptable
