Interview
Phone screen was with the recruiter who briefly explained the role and the role responsibilities. She asked a lot of questions regarding my resume and we talked a lot about past experience.
Phone interview with HR manager involved a lot of case study and behavioral questions. She asked many questions that I didn't expect. I think it's important to be on your toes but not sound too rehearsed.
Phone interview with team lead was a combination of what the phone screen and previous phone interview had been like. Involved questions regarding personal experience but also hypothetical situations.
On-site interviews were with three Googlers.

Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
