First round phone screening, then a second round zoom interview about a week later with the CEO. Then I submitted a writing sample, there was a references check (three references), and finally a job simulation.

After a relatively standard interview by one of the current fellows (felt more like a networking interview), they had a group case interview meant to simulate the kind of project we would be working on. Overall, I thought the exercises were well run and fairly enjoyable as far as interviews go.
