long, but easy and nice people. It was good over all. people was nice in the interview, a long task to do so. nothing else to add as it was pretyy good
zoom interview and an assessment. They ghosted me after the assessment. I thought it was very unprofessional to make me go through a whole assessment and not even get back to me.
I'd encourage applicants to proceed with caution when considering this company. Based on my experience, I have doubts about whether they have genuine intentions to fill this role, and I suspect the interview process may be used to gather ideas for existing clients rather than to identify a true hire.
After an initial introductory call, I was asked to complete a quite extensive assignment. Following my presentation, I received no follow-up communication until I proactively reached out myself. The lack of transparency and responsiveness throughout the process felt unprofessional, and I would not want others to invest their time without being aware of this.
