I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Greystar (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Super easy. Not very structured. There was a personality test that they really go off of. I never talked to an HR person. I would suggest asking for the highest possible income. Dont be shy - if they want you they will make it work
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Greystar in May 2025
Interview
I had the opportunity to meet several managers at a recent career fair and was truly impressed. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly nice and welcoming. The conversations felt genuine; managers were very engaging and asked thoughtful, tailored questions to better understand where I might fit best within the company. The overall experience left me with a very positive impression of the team and the company culture.

Question 1
Typical interview questions - About yourself/experience, Why Greystar?, examples of situations & how you handled them.
Interviews were professional and encompassed the job description well. The manager was very friendly and encouraged an open dialogue. I do think the job doesn't require a collegiate degree but it worked.
