I was contacted via email through Flexjobs. A remote interview by webcam took place 2 days later. A phone interview with another member if management the next day. A computer requirement test followed. The very next week I was in training.

Interview
I was asked via email for an interview, I set up a phone interview, they sent me a GoToMeeting link and we used our webcams. I then had a second phone interview with another member of their management team. Then I was given a computer/typing test to make sure my skills were up to par. Then I was offered the position.
