Overall I liked their structure of how they interviewed. I wish they provided real feedback of what was not resonating with them and the company. Felt like it was going great, and they made it seem like I was getting an offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you prefer owning a book of business or the wearing many hats role?
There's an initial interview with the recruiter and then 3 interviews after - Hiring PE Interview, Skills Assessment and Values & Motivation Alignment.
The recruiter interview is why I'm giving it a negative experience. It was rushed and not beneficial. Nothing major asked. You don't really hear from them after that initial call because you get passed along to a Candidate Experience Coordinator. Neither of them will answer any questions you have or any emails sent right off the bat.
The questions asked during the interviews were pretty standard/expected. In line with the role and each interviewer was very nice.
I did not get an offer and received an email encouraging me to follow up when another opening pops up. I replied to the email looking for feedback as to why they did not move forward, no response. Another opening was posted, one month later, I followed up three times with the recruiter, as well as the coordinator cc'd, no response.
Unprofessional experience/representation of the company.
