3 stage interview process. I was approached on LinkedIn for the role. There wasn’t a screening process so the first stage was with the hiring manager directly. Followed by another 2 interviews with other directions across the business. During the final interview, I will add that some of the questions did not feel super relevant to the role, as I was from a competitor company it felt like they were digging for info on retailers vs actually wanting to hear about my personal work achievements. After the 3 interviews, I did not receive any feedback and had to follow up over a week later. To which I received just an email reply back, I was slightly taken aback that the feedback was not given over a phone call given the hours I had dedicated to the interview process.
