Interview was divided into 3 phases and I appreciated that they were more focused on what your personal career development interests were as opposed to discerning how much technical knowledge you had.. I get the sense that they are invested in onboarding, training and retention. There was no offer considering I was on a time limit with another offer but they were extremely gracious and never left me without feedback or information on the next steps for more than a few days.

Ich hatte ein sehr angenehmes stundenlanges Gespräch im Konferenzraum mit dem/der Projektleiterin. Die Geschäftsführung kam später hinzu. Am Ende wurden noch das Office und die Werkstatt vorgeführt. Wir haben uns verabschiedet.
