My initial contact was an e-mail to set up a phone interview. Phone interview lasted approximately 20 minutes and covered all the items on my resume. I had an in-person interview with the person I had the phone interview with and that person's supervisor. It lasted approximately one hour. I was told after the interview I would hear within a week. I heard from them 2 weeks later, by e-mail, which I did not care for. I felt an in-person interview deserved a phone call.
