The interview process was very efficient and there was good communication throughout the process. The people who interviewed me were nice and provided helpful information when I asked them questions.

The interview process was efficient, timely and took about three weeks from when I first applied. The process included a recorded video/question screen, interview with their internal HR contact, interview with the hiring manager, interview with their VP, and finally a presentation. The entire process was well organized and the HR contact provided very clear communication throughout the process. The entire process was enjoyable and all of the interviewers provided great insight into the role and the company.

Explain your past experience and what type of clients have you worked with before?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HR Acuity (Florham Park, NJ) in Feb 2026
Interview
I had my first contact with an in-house recruiter (always a plus) and we went over high-level HR items like salary, benefits, start date, reporting structure, teammates, etc. The next step was a 1:1 with my would-be manager. The conversation felt very organic and I got a solid understanding of what my main responsibilities would be. I then had a 1:1 with the head of Product Management and learned more about process, workflows and how I would be working with that team. The last step was a presentation to the CMO and CPO based on an assignment given 48 hours prior. I thought the presentation went well, although I wasn't entirely sure. Some great questions were asked and I felt I gave decent answers. Even though I left the meeting unsure, I received an offer later that day, which really impressed me.
