I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HR Duo (Dunshaughlin) in Mar 2023
Interview
I was called in for an interview for a position that I was clearly qualified for, but they didn't seem to have a clear idea about what the responsibilities of the role will be like. Later, I was asked to do a short task in which I did my best. The email I received after that asked me to create social media sample and short videos and send it to them the next day (free work under the name of an assessment task) without even giving me feedback on the previous task. I stated that I was not going to work for free for them and demanded feedback on my last task and more respect for my time. I never received a response after that. This is ironic coming from an HR Company.

I do not recommend them; they are just wasting your time. Ultimately, they will not provide you with any feedback or comment. I know it is hard to believe an HRservise behave like this! They invite an agency to your interview to ask you technical questions. The issue is that the agency has a stake there; the longer they won't hire, the longer they work with the agency, The agency person is an experienced woman who has seen enough and knows how to give feedback on your skills to save her position. (keeping the client) Finally, they reject you with an email including a call to action ( you would think bingo, they are HR if they won't provide feedback, so no one else would), but the link does not work; just face-saving. Very disappointing that an HR service uses a template for replying to candidates regarding their decision! If an HR service does not believe in EDI (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion) and they do not behave with integrity, how could you believe that its product can do so? Do not waste your time; they are not who you think. A message to CEO, you need to learn about simons lever of control and seriously work on "Belief Systems and "Interactive Control Systems" because what destroys a company is not always about lack of capital, but its people who have no idea about mission and vision and just looking at the job as a 9 to 5! You won't succeed until you address this.
