Interview with 3 rounds in which first round has paper test of case study and few multiple choice. This was followed by 2 face to face interviews with Team lead and VP respectively.

Important ratios to understand the company's performance
quite good, focused more on technical rather than hr asked ratios, finance-related scenarios, and how to use these tools, and what makes these tools different from others and applying these tools
interview was alright, simple questions, getting to know you type of stuff. nothing too technical or complicated. be curious and interested in the industry and you’ll do fine
workplace culture was quite boring, repetitive jobs daily
The process includes 2 rounds of interviews and a written test. The first interview will conduct with department leader, the written test asking candidate to finish a credit analysis report.
