I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hallmark in Feb 2013
Interview
Filled out and completed online application. Contingent upon submitted information, if a match, all available positions would be displayed. After applying you will be given the opportunity to schedule a phone interview either right away or at a later date (selected by you) requiring about 15min. The phone interview was very basic and monotone, just an overview of your personal information, the job position & requirements, also asking if physical ability would be an issue. I was then asked to summarize what was just asked of me to ensure that I understood the job in its entirety.

Question 1
I was a little taken off guard when asked to repeat back what she had just said to me and what was already submitted in the job discription
Very easy. I had a scheduled phone appointment. I was asked very basic situational questions. I was offered a job at the end of the call. It was a good job.
A 15-minute phone interview is usually a quick, casual chat to see if you're a good fit before moving forward. It starts with a short intro and maybe a little small talk, then they’ll ask you to talk about your background and experience. After that, they might throw in a couple questions about your skills or how you’ve handled things at work. They’ll also tell you a bit about the job and the company. Near the end, you’ll get a chance to ask a question or two, and they’ll let you know what comes next. It’s more of a vibe check than a deep dive, so no need to stress too much.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hallmark (Garner, NC) in Sept 2023
Interview
It was a conversational phone interview manner. The interviewer was kind and informational. They were easy to talk to and it was short and to the point. They asked me when I would be available to start work and if I could do the job duties.
