hiring process is not that difficult, candidate will be going through 5Rounds of interview. the rounds will be like 1.initial Screening, 2. 1:1 Interview, 3.Skill test, 4. Technical round, 5. HR manager round and Final negotiation.

I walked in for an Pre-scheduled interview and been through couple of rounds, i've been asked to wait for the further rounds of discussion. In the further round i was asked a question like being a person from a technical backgroud why you choosed to be an recruiter of an organisation, i ve answered the question and then he posted me a question line why dont you try for a BDM in thet case?? this was thing for which i got stunned?
