I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Harbor Freight Tools (Winter Haven, FL) in Jan 2017
Interview
Easy and painless just a few basic questions. Interviewed with store manager. Pretty straight forward. Was offered the job a few days after and accepted. Was told about work life balance which I found to be a joke. Very stressful job.
Well basically it was an interview and they asked questions and I answered them and then they were all like wow! and I was all like yep and for the love of christ have I met my 30 word minimum yet

Interview
Interview with direct supervisor, followed by interview with Store Leader, followed by final interview with District Leader. First 2 were during the same visit, about an hour each. The final was a week later, also an hour. Pretty standard questions, casual.
