I applied online and received an email from HR eight days later. I scheduled a screening call with HR for the following day; it was an easy call, less than 10 minutes, and it was just to go over my interest, qualifications, and questions briefly by talking. The HR person then emailed me to schedule an interview for the following week with a different HR manager in person. At that interview, I talked with the HR rep first, who asked me general questions about my experience, interests and the company (this was the hardest part of the process to me--I am glad that I'd done so much research on the company and was able to talk about its programs, titles, and imprints off the top of my head!). She then called down the two people who would be my managers, and the three of us had a separate interview concerned more with the actual job functions. They then took me up to meet the department head and we had a third, more informal interview where we just chatted about my resume and the industry. All five people involved in the process were super responsive and friendly. I had an offer within 48 hours of the interviews, so it was a nice quick turnaround!
