Very straight forward interview. All the questions were based on common sense and experience related to child care. It was done in a group so each interviewee was given a diffrent question to answer.

Interview
One on one interview answering questions with Human Resources coordinator. It was a very professional interview and setting yet a relaxed feeling for a more at ease interview so there weren’t any nerves. I wish all interviewees had this approach. This interview was in 2010 before their office moved. The old office has been torn down to build condos.
In person and phone interview first they ask you a few questions over the phone and if it goes well then you have an in person interview then they give you call on next steps
