Overall, the process was fairly involved but smooth. It consisted of - A quick call with somebody from recruiting just describing the position - A quick non-technical call with the CTO discussing past experience - A video tech screen with a senior engineer consisting of a very short coding exercise and technical questions about skills and past experience - A few hours on-site consisting of a collaborative coding exercise with members of the team and a brief presentation on past accomplishments
