There was a phone interview, and then a face to face. Phone interview went over what they were looking for, as well as stuff about yourself. They asked questions regarding your background and skills. The face to face was a gauge on not only your experience but the fit for the job. The interviewer did a good job laying out expectations, and communications. Typically in the IT field sometimes companies have a disconnect between HR and IT managers and such. The IT staff was involved the whole way ensuring they got the right person, and not just a “buzzword” person.
