The first round is a recruiter screening. You start by going over your background. Then you have to say what you know about the company, if you cannot recall information about the company the recruiter will make you feel like an idiot for even applying. I was thrown off and the interview went downhill from there. Make sure you have an answer prepared for what you know about the company. Then you are asked to give very specific answers to questions that are not commonly used processes. Apparently, the next rounds would be with the hiring manager, and then a panel, however, I know the recruiter call went so badly I do not expect to see those rounds.
