I applied for the position online. The regional manager called me right away for a phone interview. The interview went smoothly with all the common interview questions. A few days later the manager at the office called me to come in for a face to face interview. Process went smoothly, but I feel that there were too many unnecessary steps involved.

It was a normal process. You get in touh with the recruiter and then they set up an interview with the office manager. the office manager will set up a zoom call .

Had a video call with a manager that did not ask a lot of questions. I could tell they were desperate for a body in the chair. Working interview went unpaid because I did not accept the offer!
I had a Zoom interview with office manager and regional manager. They asked about my job experience and personal goals . They wanted to know why I chose Dental Hygiene as a career.
