The interview process was ok. Started with a phone screen then a phone interview and then an in-person interview with 3 different people. Phone screen was very personable. The phone interview was really awkward. It just felt like the interviewer didn’t have good communication skills. The in-person interview was great. They gave me a tour of the office, then the three interviewers had different types of interview styles. One was more technical, another behavioral, and finally a case study. Everyone was so smart and really nice. The only other downside were the emails sent in between the interviews. They felt robotic and it makes you feel unimportant throughout the process.
